If you can get past the headaches from caffeine withdrawal, cutting these unhealthy beverages out of your diet is the right choice.

Another way we struggle to take care of ourselves is smoking. We all know the dangers of smoking cigarettes, but they’re built to be addictive and keep us buying and consuming more.
